Whether it's a hole in the knee or worn-out seat, we’ll teach you how to fix it by hand using visible mending methods designed specifically for denim.
What you’ll Learn:
How to reinforce and repair denim using hand-stitching techniques
Patch styles including reverse patching, sashiko-inspired stitching and darning
Tips for choosing strong threads, needles, and patch materials
Practice on a sampler and get guidance for working on your own denim
Workshop Includes:
2 hour interactive session
Live demos of stitching methods
A practice sampler to work on and take home
All materials provided (optional: bring your own denim item to discuss and practice on)
This class has a maximum of 6 attendees, with one instructor. Please let us know if you have any specific learning requirements
