Every repair is different. We quote each item individually so your item gets the best possible service. When your item arrives at the workshop, our inspector will diagnose the issue and go through repair options with you before we get started.

Our default is as close a match as possible to your item. But we’re always happy to add a splash of colour. Give your colour preference in the booking form. (You might see lots of colourful patches here - that’s because they’re easier to see in photos!)
A note on fabric: our foremost concern with fabric is always quality. We have a wide range of colours in stock, but we might not have the exact hue of your item. Best match means the closest colour we have in stock.

Drop off in North Wales: Find our workshop here. We’re open 10-4 Monday to Saturday. Or you can drop your item at Joe Brown’s Shop in Llanberis or Capel Curig during their usual hours (please include a note with your name and contact details).
Post in: package your item, along with a note that includes your name, email, phone number and return address. Send it to us, and await an email to let you know it’s arrived. Send your item to:

Please note: Any loss or damage to an item is covered solely by postal insurance through your postal provider. For return post, we offer either Royal Mail Tracked 48 (£5.70) which insures up to £75, or Special Delivery (£16.50) which insures up to £750.

Standard turnaround time is 1-2 weeks. See the banner at the top of the page for our current turnaround time.
You can expedite your repair with our Fast Track Service, which is an additional £5 if collecting in person, or £10 by post. It guarantees your item back in 4 business days from receiving it and agreeing the quote.

After your item has been repaired, we will send you an invoice with a payment link. You can pay using the link or with cash or card upon collection.

To ensure the best performance, we make a repair strategy based on the specific construction and materials of your item. This includes using high spec fabric that matches the properties of the item, sealing seams, and maintaining the function of features.
