Postage costs for returns must be covered by you, and Snowdonia Gear Repair cannot be held liable for any returns that are lost in the post - We recommend using a tracked service to be safe.
In the unlikely event that your product is damaged in transit, please email us with photos of the issue. In this instance, returns shipping costs will be covered by Snowdonia Gear Repair, as per distance selling regulations.
