    Standard shipping is £2.70, takes 2-5 business days from date of shipping. Royal Mail tracked 48 service. We will provide tracking information with every order.

    You can collect from the workshop at no extra cost. Our opening hours are 10-4 Mon-Sat.

  • We hope you like your purchase, but in the event that you are not happy you can return the item (in the same condition as it was received) within 14 days of receiving your order. Postage costs for returns must be covered by you, and Snowdonia Gear Repair cannot be held liable for any returns that are lost in the post - We recommend using a tracked service to be safe.

    In the unlikely event that your product is damaged in transit, please email us with photos of the issue. In this instance, returns shipping costs will be covered by Snowdonia Gear Repair, as per distance selling regulations.
