You can collect from the workshop at no extra cost. Our opening hours are 9-4 Mon-Thurs.

Brand new items are always eligible for a full refund but with our secondhand vintage clothing and designer vintage items we can only offer a refund if the item is faulty or has been misrepresented. We offer measurements for all our vintage clothing products so items that do not fit or do not suit can only be returned for store credit. We hope you understand our reasons for this and appreciate your co-operation.

We hope you like your purchase, but in the event that you are not happy you can return the item (in the same condition as it was received) within 14 days of receiving your order. Postage costs for returns must be covered by you, and Snowdonia Gear Repair cannot be held liable for any returns that are lost in the post - We recommend using a tracked service to be safe.

We will do everything in our power to make sure the garment is correct with every purchase before buying. In the instance of a mistake or damage to the item, we accept full responsibility for the return. You have 14 days of receiving your order to return the item. Please email us with photos of the issue. In this instance, returns shipping costs will be covered by Snowdonia Gear Repair, as per distance selling regulations.
